Salon Privé Baccarat is a one-to-one, single-player table. Nobody else can join it, bet on it or watch it. That is the first thing Evolution says about Salon Privé, and it is the thing that changes how a session feels.
The rest of the published feature list is control. You choose the dealer instead of taking whoever is on rotation. You call the shuffle. You decide when the next hand starts, using the ‘Deal Now’ button. A VIP Room Manager is on the floor the whole time.
What Evolution does not publish is a number. No RTP, no minimum, no maximum, no top payout — only that each of the five Salon Privé tables carries a different minimum bet and that access comes with a bankroll requirement. Your operator’s limits panel is the honest source.

Three Things People Get Wrong

That is a different Evolution game — Live Baccarat Control Squeeze, where cards land on glass inlays and you drag away an overlay mask. Salon Privé gives you the dealer, the shuffle and the pace instead.
It isn’t a new set of rules. Evolution presents Salon Privé as an environment, not a variant. Standard baccarat is what gets dealt, and the room does nothing to the odds. If a page tells you the private table pays better, it is guessing.
It isn’t just baccarat. The suite holds five private tables — one roulette, three blackjack and one baccarat. They share the same controls and the same VIP Room Manager, and each one sets its own minimum bet.

No. Evolution presents Salon Privé as a VIP environment rather than a new variant, and the cards follow standard baccarat rules. What you are buying is the room: a one-to-one private table, your choice of dealer, and control over the shuffle and the pace.
Evolution does not publish one. Baccarat does not really have a single return anyway — it changes with the bet you place, since Banker, Player, Tie and the pair side bets all pay differently. The figures that apply at your table are in the game’s own Help and paytable panel.
Evolution says the five Salon Privé tables each carry a different minimum bet and offers high maximum bets, but publishes no figures. It also notes a minimum bankroll requirement for access. Check the limits panel at the operator you play with — that is the only accurate source.
