Why There Is No RTP Figure to Quote

What Evolution does publish about its baccarat payouts is narrow but useful. Its standard Baccarat charges a 5% commission on Banker wins (the whole pitch of the separate No Commission Baccarat is that it doesn't). Player Pair and Banker Pair each pay 11 to 1. The optional side bets an operator can switch on — Player Bonus, Banker Bonus, Either Pair, Perfect Pairs™ — stretch to 200 to 1 at the top end.
Swing, pace and the bits you can actually control
Evolution publishes no volatility rating for Salon Privé Baccarat either, and for a live card table the label matters less than it does on a slot. Banker and Player both resolve close to a coin toss, so a bankroll drifts rather than lurching.

Streaks look meaningful but the shoe has no memory. Ten Banker wins in a row don't tilt the eleventh hand toward Player — every deal starts even.
