Salon Privé Baccarat — Bonus Features
The private-room controls and the side bets of Salon Privé Baccarat — what Evolution actually publishes about each, and what it leaves to your operator.
How Each Part of the Room Works
Trigger, mechanics, payouts where Evolution publishes them, and what it leaves to the operator. New to the table? Start with the Salon Privé Baccarat how-to-play guide.
One-to-One Private Table
When It Applies
Available to players who meet the room’s minimum bankroll requirement.
What Happens
Evolution runs Salon Privé as a single-player table: you are the only person seated, and nobody can join or spectate. On a public Evolution table other players’ bets set the rhythm of the shoe; here nothing does but you.
Payouts
Standard baccarat payouts — Evolution does not publish the Salon Privé paytable on its site.
Worth Knowing
Privacy is the product. It changes the experience, not the odds, so budget for the higher minimum before you treat it as an upgrade.
| Seats | One |
| Spectators | None |
| Tables in suite | Five |
| Access | Minimum bankroll |
| Rules | Standard baccarat |
Choice of Dealer
When It Applies
Chosen by the player when the private table opens.
What Happens
Evolution lists choice of dealer first among the Salon Privé controls. Instead of taking whoever is on rotation, you pick — and that dealer handles your table for the session.
Payouts
No effect on payouts. This is a service feature.
Worth Knowing
Worth using if you play long sessions: a dealer you are comfortable with makes the pace easier to settle into.
| Control | Player |

Shuffle and ‘Deal Now’
When It Applies
Player-triggered during the session.
What Happens
Two more controls Evolution names for Salon Privé: you call the shuffle, and you set the game speed. On the card tables that speed control is the ‘Deal Now’ button; the Salon Privé roulette table uses ‘Spin Now’ instead.
Payouts
None — pace control does not change what a hand pays.
Worth Knowing
Slower is not safer, but it is cheaper per hour: fewer hands means less total wagered against the same house edge.
| Shuffle | Player-called |
| Pace | Player-set |
| Button | Deal Now |
| Roulette table | Spin Now |
| Effect on odds | None |
Pairs and Optional Side Bets
When It Applies
Placed on the side-bet spots before the deal, where the operator enables them.
What Happens
Evolution’s published baccarat side bets are the default Player Pair and Banker Pair, plus optional Player Bonus, Banker Bonus, Either Pair and Perfect Pairs™ that an operator can switch on in the game settings.
Payouts
Player Pair and Banker Pair pay 11 to 1. The optional set reaches up to 200 to 1 — Evolution quotes that ceiling for Perfect Pair, Two Pairs.
Worth Knowing
These are the long-shot bets on the table. Which ones appear at a Salon Privé table is an operator setting, so check the paytable panel rather than assuming.

| Optional ceiling | 200:1 |

Salon Privé against a public Evolution table
Put the two side by side and the difference is not the cards. A public Evolution baccarat table seats a crowd: your bet goes down alongside dozens of others, the dealer works a rotation, and the betting window closes on a timer built for everybody at once. The shoe moves at the room's speed, not yours.
Salon Privé strips that out. One seat, no spectators, a dealer you picked, a shuffle you called, and a next hand that starts when you press for it. Evolution's own description adds a VIP Room Manager on the floor throughout. It is a service product, and the company is fairly upfront that the pitch is the environment rather than the game.
The cost of that is the door. Access carries a minimum bankroll requirement, and the five Salon Privé tables each set their own minimum. Evolution names neither figure, and nor should anyone else — the numbers that apply to you are the ones in your operator's limits panel, and they are the first thing to check before you decide the room is worth it.
One more thing worth being clear about, because plenty of pages get it wrong: this is not the table where you peel the cards yourself. That is Live Baccarat Control Squeeze, a separate Evolution game built around glass inlays and an overlay mask you drag away. Salon Privé hands you the dealer, the shuffle and the pace instead.
What the payouts add up to
Evolution publishes two baccarat side-bet payouts: Player Pair and Banker Pair at 11 to 1, and an optional set (Player Bonus, Banker Bonus, Either Pair, Perfect Pairs™) reaching 200 to 1 for Perfect Pair, Two Pairs. The main-bet payouts are the standard baccarat ones shown in the game's paytable panel.
The main bets are the whole game for a disciplined player. The side bets exist for the rare big payout, and Evolution leaves it to each operator to decide which of them appear at a given table.
Nothing carries between hands — every deal is independent. The road maps only record history; they don't influence the next result.
There's nothing to buy in baccarat — no feature purchase, no bonus round. The choices that matter are which spot you back and how fast you call the next deal.
Evolution gates Salon Privé behind a minimum bankroll requirement and offers high maximum bets without publishing either figure. Set a firm session limit before you sit, and treat side bets as entertainment money you've already written off.
