Company History
Evolution's own brand page dates it to 2006: "pioneering online live casino experiences since 2006". Live dealer tables streamed from purpose-built studios are the core of what it sells, and Salon Privé Baccarat sits at the top of that range.
Salon Privé is the company's private-room format. Evolution lists five such tables — one roulette, three blackjack and one baccarat — each with its own minimum bet, and describes the room as reserved for high-wagering players subject to a minimum bankroll requirement.
What They Do Best
Private VIP Room
Evolution's own wording: a one-to-one, single-player private table in a top-end VIP environment, with a VIP Room Manager present at all times.
Handing Over the Controls
The published Salon Privé feature list is choice of dealer, the shuffle, and game speed — driven by the ‘Deal Now’ button at the card tables and ‘Spin Now’ at the roulette table.

Fairness & Licensing
Salon Privé Baccarat is dealt by a real dealer from a physical shoe. Evolution's licences are published on its own site: Evolution Gaming Malta Limited under MGA/CRP/187/2010/01, and Evolution Malta Holdings Limited under UK Gambling Commission account 41655. The company does not publish an RTP for Salon Privé — the figures that apply are the ones in your operator's paytable panel.
Why Salon Privé Baccarat?
Salon Privé Baccarat is worth a look for what Evolution actually promises: one seat at the table, a dealer you chose, the shuffle and the pace in your hands, and a VIP Room Manager on call. What it doesn't promise is a better return — the cards follow standard baccarat rules, and the company publishes no RTP for the room.
